Fi has spent decades building dashboards, running analysis and leading digital transformations in some of the world's largest organisations — work she and Sarah Burnett put at more than A$100 million in ROI. Building strategy and data culture was previously her job at JLL, where the Teams channel she created became the organisation's highest-subscribed technology channel, second only to the compulsory all-hands.
